Can and Phil in Town

Candace and Phill were in town this past weekend celebrating Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Actually, they had the day off so they came in town. We did have some "I have a dream cookies" and some black and white cupcakes to celebrate the day. We went to the Cheesecake Factory for dinner and enjoyed relaxing and eating some amazing food and desserts. We didn't have many options for what to do because it was really cold. Walking around downtown wasn't really an option when it was 6 degrees.

We had a wait at the Cheesecake Factory so we took the opportunity to take some pictures.

Okay, maybe we should leave the "bug" glasses to the younger crowd.
Jill tried this on at H&M. Seriously, who would actually wear this?

Again, fashion gone crazy. Candace really pulls off the platform shoe with the polka dot socks well though.

On Monday we went to the Museum of Science and Industry and wandered around. It was packed but we still enjoyed ourselves. Logan loved checking out all the planes hanging from the ceiling. We didn't get much time down there, but we will definitely have to bring Logan back sometime soon.

The model of Chicago is awesome.
