That's a big grill!

Jason and I celebrated our birthdays with Jason's parents at the Weber Grill. The food is so good! The meat and main dishes are amazing (naturally) but the deserts are also stunning.

Logan greatly appreciated the desserts. He gave them his seal of approval.

Happy Birthday picture in front of the giant grill. No, they don't cook on this one.

The small airport by our house has an airport breakfast once a year in May. We went and really enjoyed the planes. We are definitely planning on going back next year!

Logan was very excited about getting to see the planes.

Notice the sign on the dashboard.

We were approached by the organizers of the breakfast to see if we would let them take a picture of Logan. He was wearing the right color (orange) and they thought he was super cute - I wasn't going to disagree. The plane he was siting in was hand made. It was amazing. They were going to put his picture in a magazine about the plane.

Back to Work

We have made the decision that I will be going back to work. I got hired at Life Time Fitness as the Junior Camp Supervisor and in the fall I will be the preschool teacher. Before I started I wanted to spend some extra time with Logan and get my fix of fun home activities.

Logan enjoyed getting dressed up in his boots that were so big they would come off when he picked up his feet to walk.

We made pudding and he got to help whisk it. He was very worried about getting messy and he didn't like the idea of putting the whisk in his mouth. I finally convinced him that it was okay and he loved it!

Another day we made cookies. He helped cut out the shapes including the letter L, airplanes, trucks, and cars. His favorite part was putting on the sprinkles.

I also taught him how to cut with scissors. He enjoyed using them and he was very proud of himself for trying.

He was very proud of his first scissor cuts.
